Parametic EQ is a system that use to cutting some annoying frequency and any frequency that you don't need, EQ-ing for electronic midi instrument and acoustic/electric instrument is diffrent. The diffrent between electronic midi instrument and acoustic/electric instrument is the sound that produced after EQ-ing. You can hear significant diffrent, If you put electronic midi instrument EQ on acoustic/electric instument it's gonna sound terrible and also kinda weird if you put acoustic/electric instrumen EQ on electronic midi instrument.
